Principal Message

The 2023-2024 school year is an exciting time to be a Panther! Our school continues to move forward as we strive to do the work of expanding opportunities for students to have the best educational experience possible. With the addition of the Donny Jones Gymnasium, the recent expansion of the lunchroom, the newly opened Career Tech facility, and many other capital improvements, our school campus is in the best shape it has ever been. I am confident our students will take full advantage of this for their own personal and academic growth. Our academic programs are on a solid foundation due to the collective effort of our staff from the elementary grades all the way to the high school. Our partnership with Northeast Alabama Community College is as strong as ever and our students, along with their families, have reaped the benefit of this relationship. We continue to get reports of CHS graduates who have gone on to pursue postsecondary education and many others who have successfully entered the workforce. I am pleased with the overall direction of our school and I look forward to continuing to be a small part of the growth of Collinsville High School.
